 Warehouse Associate Level III 
Senior Warehouse Lead / High-Performance Operator 
Reports To: Branch Operations Manager 
Position Overview 
We are seeking a highly disciplined, hands-on, high-performance Warehouse Associate Level III to serve as a senior operational leader within our warehouse team. 
This is a working leadership role — not a desk position. The Level III Associate is expected to be fully engaged in daily warehouse execution while simultaneously setting the performance standard for the team. This individual must lead by example, operate with urgency, demand accuracy, and take ownership of results. 
We are seeking a high-output professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces accountability, and consistently delivers elite-level performance. 
Core Responsibilities 
Hands-On Operational Leadership 
  1. Actively participate in receiving, picking, shipping, transfers, and deliveries 
  2. Coordinate daily warehouse workflow and prioritize tasks based on operational demands 
  3. Lead from the front by modeling urgency, discipline, and professionalism 
  4. Ensure orders are executed with exceptional accuracy and timeliness 
  5. Serve as operational back-up to the Branch Operations Manager when needed 
 
Inventory Accuracy & Accountability 
  1. Oversee and execute cycle counts and inventory audits 
  2. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  3. Monitor inbound shipping errors and freight claims 
  4. Maintain ERP/WMS system accuracy
 
Training & Performance Development 
  1. Train and mentor Warehouse Associate I & II team members 
  2. Reinforce compliance with safety and operational standards 
  3. Provide real-time coaching and correction when necessary 
  4. Help develop a high-performance culture within the warehouse 
 
Delivery & Customer Interface 
  1. Operate cargo vans and box trucks when required 
  2. Complete manifests and required documentation accurately 
  3. Communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders 
  4. Travel (as needed) to support other warehouse locations 
 
Performance Expectations

  4. Initiative in identifying and correcting inefficiencies

Underperformance in this role directly impacts branch execution — therefore high standards are essential. 
Required Qualifications 
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent
  2. 3–5+ years warehouse/distribution experience
  3. Prior senior or lead warehouse experience strongly preferred 
  4. Forklift certification and strong equipment operating skills 
  5. Experience driving cargo vans and/or box trucks 
  6. Strong Office Software Proficiency – Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word programs 
  7. Valid driver’s license
  8. Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening

Physical Requirements 
  1. Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  2. Stand, walk, bend, and climb frequently 
  3. Operate material handling equipment
  4. Work in varying warehouse temperatures
  5. Work indoors and occasionally outdoors
 
Work Environment 
This is a fast-paced warehouse environment where consistent output, accuracy, and accountability are required. Noise levels and temperatures may vary by season and workload. Regular attendance and dependability are critical to success in this position
