VALIDATION ENGINEER

                                                                                                                                                                                          

• 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment. 
  Prior experience as a process development engineer, manufacturing engineer or industrial 
  engineer. 
   
  Familiarity with standard MS Office tools. 
                       
•  Good verbal and written communication skills. 
  Preferred: 
                                        

                            

• Experience in either pharmaceutical or medical device industry. 

                                                                           

• Fundamental knowledge of statistical analysis - specifically GR&Rs & Process Capability. 

                                                    

• Experience with molding or extrusion and/or assembly of these components. 

                           

• Responsibilities: 

                                                    

• Develop tools and/or process methods for assembly and/or molding (depending on product family) 

                                                                       

• Write or revise process work instructions. 

                                                                           

• Implement/Develop measurement test methods. 

                                                                        

• Execution of process validation projects: 

                           

•  TestMethodValidations(TMV). 

                           

• Operational and ProcessQualifications(OQ/PQ). 

                                                                  

• Write plans and reports associated with validation projects. 

                                                                          

• Support Incoming Inspection processes and records
