What You Will Receive:

What You Will be Doing:
- Loading team members will assist the warehouse in every aspect of product selection and loading.
- You will load product onto trucks or trailers based on loading maps and schedules, checking for quality and shelf life for each product as you pick and load.
- Ensure all paperwork is filled out before ending your shift: truck loading documentation, safety paperwork, time sheets, etc.
- Meet a minimum requirement of 6000lbs of product loaded each hour! The expectation is that you will stay until you have loaded two 30,000lb trucks a night; this is a goal you will have time to work up to as you learn the role!
- Utilize dolly’s, electric pallet jacks, and hand trucks as needed.
What You Will Need to Have:
- Must be able to pass a drug test, background check, and have Steel Toe Boots to wear on your shifts.
- Reliable personal transportation and the ability to work Mandatory Overtime!
- Availability to work every Friday and Sunday, these are required for employment consideration!
- The ability to squat, lift, twist, bend, and carry up to 50lbs consistently and 75lbs occasionally throughout your shift!
- At least 1 year of order picking and loading experience utilizing RF scanners, electric pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts is strongly preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED.
