Onsite Position
Full-Time | Monday – Friday Schedule
Pay: $50-85,000/year (based on experience)

Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Tax Accountant, you’ll lead the preparation and review of a variety of tax returns while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and review individual tax returns (with Schedule C & Schedule E)
  • Review partnership and corporate tax returns for quality and accuracy
  • Conduct tax research and provide detailed tax projections as needed
  • Communicate with clients daily regarding questions and tax planning
  • Collaborate with management to report on project status and resolve client issues
  • Review financials and data entry for accuracy
  • Calculate sales and use tax as applicable
  • Support, mentor, and guide accounting clerical staff
  • Ensure all deadlines for reviews and projects are met
What You Bring to the Table
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or eligibility to sit for the exam– Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting – Required
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting
  • Expertise in individual, partnership, and corporate tax preparation
  • Proficient in accounting software and Excel – Drake software preferred
  • Strong experience with QuickBooks
  • Organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex tax issues for clients
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively
