Duties:
-Providing counseling and support services to individuals under emotional distress
-Monitor and supervise residents
-Ensure residents have a safe and positive environment
-Ensure residents follow daily schedule and report any changes to the schedule to the supervisor
-Assist supervisor/director with meal time/tidying things up as necessary
-Monitor individuals in the center to ensure they are safe and be attentive to the individuals treatment/recover/medical needs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working directly with clients
-Good boundaries and understand confidentiality
This specific position does require background check and drug test.
