 What you will be receive:
  • Pay: 18 - 25/hr (Depending on Experience & Performance)
  • Uncapped Commission Bonus
  • Location: Beaverton, OR
  • Shift: Mon to Fri 8 AM – 5 PM
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Available
  • Type: Salaried Full time
What you will be doing:
  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Run Time Card Entry and send out Invoices to clients
  • Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it
  • Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
  • Perform reference checks as need
  • Sourcing and recruiting for various industries such as Commercial, IT, Professional, and Department of Defense
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation employment terms
  • Manage onboarding and new hire process
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
What you will need to have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Preferred but not necessary
  • Eagerness to earn an unlimited amount in bonuses
  • 6 months to 2 years of recruiting and sourcing experience – preferred
  • Willingness to learn - MANDATORY
  • Must be willing and comfortable to make cold calls
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable making decisions independently
  • Working knowledge of Avionte Bold (a plus)
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Familiar understanding of employment laws and regulations – Or willing to learn/Knowing where to find the answers
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
