Staffing Specialist (Recruiter)

This is not your typical recruiting role, working in a bullpen and being just another number. With Nextaff, you will be working closely with the Owners to build the employer brand within your community. We have a thriving network of staffing offices all throughout the United States which means while you will work within a more intimate work setting, you will also be a part of a larger network. As our Staffing Specialist you will receive the following:
• $15-$16/hour start pay (Flexible for the right person)
• The ability to earn commissions based on performance milestones
• Training and Support from your Leadership and Support Teams
• The ability to create and develop Recruiting Strategies with the help from your team

• The ability to work: M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with 1-hour lunch
We will expect solid recruiting activities from you in return such as:
• Sourcing quality talent for healthcare roles
• Job ad creation to entice quality candidates to apply
• Maintaining brand awareness through marketing and social media management
• Responding to applicants and filling jobs in a timely fashion
• Working closely with the Owners on recruiting budgets and strategies
• Documenting activities in the database and keeping all profiles up to date
A successful Staffing Specialist will possess the following:
• The ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A strong desire for growth (professionally and personally)
• 2+ years’ experience with recruiting, preferably in an agency setting (preferred, not required)
