Senior Multifamily Asset Manager needed for a real estate investment firm specializing in multifamily & industrial properties. We focus on optimizing asset performance and maximizing returns for our investors while enhancing tenant satisfaction. 

Job Summary: As a Multifamily Asset Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and management of our multifamily property portfolio. You will work closely with property management teams to develop and implement strategic plans, optimize operations, and ensure financial targets are met. This will require frequent travel to assets in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. 

Key Responsibilities
• Portfolio Management – Collaborate with CFO to monitor and manage the financial performance of multifamily assets, including budget preparation, financial analysis, and reporting. 
• Strategic Planning - Develop and execute property-specific strategies to enhance value, including capital improvement projects and operational efficiencies. • Financial Analysis - Conduct regular financial reviews, variance analysis, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders. Track KPIs and adjust strategies as necessary. 
• Market Analysis - Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform investment strategies and decision-making. 
• Team Collaboration – Work internally with asset management team, as well as third-party property management groups to ensure operational excellence. Visit sites to evaluate property management performance, provide insights on capital expenditures, and manage ongoing capital projects. 
• Acquisitions & Dispositions - Assist in due diligence for new acquisitions and dispositions, providing insights on asset performance and market conditions. For dispositions of assets, procurement of BOV’s, valuations, broker selection, & guidance through the closing process are extremely important. 

Qualifications 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field. 
• 3-5 years of experience in multifamily asset management or related real estate field. 
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and reporting. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. 
• Proficient in property management software.
