Hey!?  Are you a mid/senior level Service Desk person that can take little to no direction?  We're looking for folks that are happy being in the front lines and someone that CARES. We’re looking for a seasoned individual to join an exciting opportunity with a growing company located in Tigard. We need two people and these are direct hire roles.

What You’ll Receive:
  • $60,000 - $75,000 /year Depending on Experience

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • 95% respond to calls for technical support through telephones, emails
  • Install and maintain a variety of hardware and software; Microsoft, Citrix
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems
  • Identify priority issues and ensure that they are handled first
  • Assist in organizing, tagging and cataloging digital assets
  • Supporting end users who are on cloud-based environments
  • Follow all company standards, policies, and procedures as currently documented
  • Follows up on assigned tickets daily
  • Document troubleshooting steps performed within each service request
  • Clearly and effectively communicate in a timely and respectful manner with coworkers and clients
What You’ll Need to Have:
  • 6+ years of IT Support/Helpdesk experience
  • Having MSP experience is preferred
  • Professional work ethic
  • Self-improvement
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • knowledgeable of O365 functionality and to troubleshoot
  • Good understanding and experienced in core services provided by Windows server and how the client interacts and depends on those services, including Group Policy, File sharing, DHCP, DNS, AD Users and Computers. 365, Teams, Azure AD, LAN, WAN, VPN Technologies, AV, Firewalls, Remote Desktop, TeamViewer, Hyper-V, VMWare
  • Troubleshooting capabilities – Mid to Senior level
  • Someone that cares... What do we mean by that?  Being able to follow through with promises and provide excellent customer service
