Minuteman Press in Parker, CO is seeking candidates for the position of Senior Client Services Specialist.  Minuteman Press designs and produces top quality marketing and promotional products for a wide range of clients. 

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Attract potential new customers and improve overall sales by engaging customers who contact us via email, phone or walking in. The individual will use a consultative approach and active listening skills to understand the client’s need and make recommendations on the products and solutions that will best solve their needs. 
  • Enter all information into Flex including details of the job and notes. The Senior CSR will provide a quote on standard items (brochures, business cards, flyers, etc.) by the end of the next business day. All other items within 2 business days. If it will be longer the rep will contact the customer and give them an estimated time frame.
  • The individual will follow up on a quote within 3 business days after sending to the customer by setting an activity on the record. Then again within a week after last contact.
  • Communicate expertise on our products and services, and upselling/upgrading products services where appropriate for the customers.
  • Contribute to overall business success by performing work where needed to meet deadlines and ensure client satisfaction 
  • Handle, maintain, and record customer accounts and information
  • Build memorable and sustainable relationships with customers
  • Document when and how you contacted them in the status field. Alternative between email and calling them. 
  • Contribute to overall business success by performing work where needed to meet deadlines and ensure client satisfaction 
  • Represent the company in a positive light at all times
  • Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Ensures that all parties are informed of and meet deadlines.
