Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play a critical role in both client service and internal operations, handling tax filings, financial reviews, and mentoring junior staff.

Prepare and review complex individual and business tax returns (including Schedules C & E)

Review partnership and corporate returns for accuracy and compliance

Perform tax planning, research, and projections for high-value clients

Oversee and review general ledger activity and financial statements

Monitor project deadlines and ensure timely delivery of work

Support staff with accounting processes, software, and client communication

Review data entry for accuracy and completeness

Calculate and file sales & use tax when applicable

Communicate regularly with clients regarding tax strategy and compliance

Qualifications
We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, self-motivated, and client-focused.

Master's in accounting – Required

3+ years of accounting experience

Strong knowledge of individual, partnership, and corporate tax

Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and Drake (preferred)

Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication and client-facing abilities

Leadership mindset and ability to mentor junior staff
