What You’ll Receive as a Sandblaster:
Starting Pay: $20.00- $23.00 (Depending on Experience)

What You’ll Be Doing as a Sandblaster:
Prepare surfaces for painting, coating, or other finishing processes of manufactured Products such as Winch, Logstackers, Chip Dozers, Marine Cranes, Long Reach Forklift Attachments, and Balers.
Operate sandblasting equipment, including sandblasting guns, air compressors, and related tools.
Utilize various abrasive materials to remove paint, rust, and other debris from surfaces.
Preparing blasting equipment for use by checking fluid levels and replacing worn parts
Understand the rework process and correct errors as needed
Follow safety guidelines and protocols to protect personal and team members' safety during sandblasting operations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and dispose of blasting materials and waste properly.
What You’ll Need to Have as a Sandblaster:
Proven experience as a Sandblaster or similar role
Proficient knowledge of sandblasting techniques, equipment, and abrasive materials.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for precise sandblasting work.
Physical stamina and the ability to work in physically demanding environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to pass a Physical and a Respirator fitting (expense covered by company)
Must be able to follow safety policies and must be willing to wear PPE. All departments are required to wear eye and hearing protection, steel toed boots, and metatarsal guards.
