Rod/Scrap Yard Forklift Operator

Nextaff is looking for a Scrap Yard Forklift Operator who wants to join our dedicated and diverse team in Kent, WA and make a difference in the lives of our customers and our communities!

What You Will Receive: 

· $20/hr 

· 12 days on /2 days off 

Day shift: 7:00am-3:30pm 

What You Will be Doing: 

• Operate a forklift and a crane safely while moving materials of different shapes and weights 

• Ability to work overtime 

• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions 

• Maintain a clean working environment and follow all safety regulations. 

• Time Management 

• Weigh finished product and deliver to correct departments 

What You Will Need: 

• The ability to push/pull 100lbs+ safely and lift/carry at least 75lbs. 

• Ability to keep a job for 6+ months and show up on time. Have reliable transportation. 

• Forklift certified preferred or you must become certified and safely operate a forklift. 

• Pass background, drug/alcohol test and physical 

• Must be at least 18 years old
