RN Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients' conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
- Observe and interpret patients' symptoms, communicating them to physicians for effective care planning.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to devise individualized care plans for patients.
- Perform routine procedures such as blood pressure measurements, administering injections, and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Adjust and administer patients' medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders.
- Inspect facilities and maintain excellent hygiene and safety standards, including decontaminating equipment and sanitizing surfaces.
- Provide instant medical care in emergencies, ensuring patients receive timely and effective treatment.
RN Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of California.
- Minimum of 12 months experience as an RN
- Current BLS/CPR Certification.
- Copy of Negative TB test/Chest X-ray.
- Familiarity with EMR and EHR systems.
- Strong ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Compassionate and caring demeanor with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
