RN Responsibilities:
- Provide care for patients recovering from anesthesia after surgery.
- Monitor vital signs and assess patients' condition during the recovery process.
- Manage post-operative pain and administer medications as needed.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth transition from the operating room to the PACU.
- Educate patients and their families about post-operative care and recovery.
RN Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the state of California.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a PACU setting.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
