The Ocean Springs Office is growing by leaps and bounds! We are hiring a recruiter for our office.
What You Will Receive
• Starting salary between $32,000 plus a year (depending on experience and role)
• 10 days of PTO annually

What You Will Be Doing
• Assisting the owner with lead generation, sales prospecting, and presentations
• Full-cycle Recruiting: Sourcing, Job Posting, Documenting, Interviewing, Onboarding, Submitting, and Placing Commercial/Light Industrial and Clerical talents
• Managing recruiting pipelines and referrals
• Building relationships in the community
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess
• A strong desire to grow into a senior leadership role
• Strong communication skills and be well-accustomed to a client-facing role.
• Flexibility to fulfill responsibilities such as interviews (some of which may need to be before or after hours)
• Strong connection and knowledge of West TN preferably
• HR Experience, Recruiting Experience and/or Business Development experience
• The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the hiring needs of both new and current customers.
