Job Summary: The Property Brokerage Assistant will provide essential support to the daily operations of a property brokerage firm. This role involves assisting with property listings, client management, transaction coordination, and general administrative tasks. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with preparing property listings, marketing materials, and presentations.
  • Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client appointments.
  • Maintain and update property databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Communicate with clients, tenants, landlords, and vendors to schedule appointments and address inquiries.
  • Provide administrative support to brokers and agents, including preparing contracts, agreements, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and records.
  • Support property transactions by assisting with the coordination of paperwork, signatures, and deadlines.
  • Track and monitor the progress of ongoing deals to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist with preparing market research and competitive analysis reports.
  • Provide general office support, including filing, data entry, and organizing client information.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in administrative support or real estate required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and real estate software (e.g., MLS, CRM systems).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of property management, leasing, and brokerage operations is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
