Production/Packaging Associate
 
Responsibilities:
  • Package, bottle, and label finished products.
  • Operate and oversee state-of-the-art production machinery to ensure the efficient and timely manufacturing of premium CBD products.
  • Adhere to quality control protocols, ensuring that all products meet the highest industry standards for safety and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to optimize production processes and maintain an efficient workflow throughout the manufacturing cycle.
  • Contribute to the packaging and labeling of products, ensuring accuracy and adherence to branding and regulatory requirements.
  • Uphold a spotless and organized work environment in strict accordance with health and safety guidelines.
  • Actively participate in inventory management, including restocking materials to guarantee seamless production operations.
Qualifications:
  • At least 18 years or older
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within the CBD, pharmaceutical, or food industries.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and precision in every aspect of production.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a tight-knit team.
  • A dedication to promoting and upholding a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • A willingness to adapt and learn new techniques as our company continues to expand our product catalog.
  • Please note that native-level Spanish speaking skills are required
 
Benefits:
  • Starting Pay: $17 per hour
  • Weekly Pay!
  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6am-4pm with Overtime offered on Fridays (Not Mandatory)
