One of our clients is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Senior Patient Financial Representative to join their team. This role plays a critical part in the revenue cycle process, ensuring that patient accounts are handled efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate is organized, knowledgeable in billing and follow-up procedures, and excels in both written and verbal communication.
What you'll receive:
  • $18.50 per hour
  • Onsite Irving TX
  • 12 week contract starting 5/26/25
  • M-F 8a-5p
What you'll be doing:
  • Perform revenue cycle functions to meet or exceed performance metrics.
  • Ensure quality and productivity standards in the Patient Financial Services (PFS) department are consistently met.
  • Collect and provide accurate patient and payor information to facilitate timely account resolution.
  • Respond effectively to all types of account inquiries.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of insurance and self-pay billing and follow-up guidelines, including third-party payer regulations.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of all revenue cycle functions.
  • Communicate professionally with both internal and external stakeholders in written and verbal formats.
  • Exhibit leadership competencies appropriate to individual role level (self, others, or leaders).
What you need to have:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Post-secondary education preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a healthcare financial setting preferred.
