We are hiring a Part-Time Auto Parts Inventory Associate to track, organize, and manage automotive parts inventory.  What you will receive as a Part-Time Auto Parts Inventory Associate:
 
  • Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
  • Weekend Shift: Saturday and Sunday. 8:00 am - 5:00 pm During the busy season, the schedule may include Fridays
  • Part-Time Position
  • Location: Various locations in Oregon
  • Paid weekly (next Friday)
 
What you will be doing as a Part-Time Auto Parts Inventory Associate:
 
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming auto parts shipments.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records by updating stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
  • Conduct routine inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Organize and label parts in designated storage areas for easy retrieval.
  • Process parts orders and assist with order fulfillment as needed.
  • Assist in returning defective or incorrect parts to suppliers.
  • Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and comply with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate inventory needs to management.
 
What you need to have as a Part-Time Auto Parts Inventory Associate:
 
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous experience in inventory management, or automotive parts preferred
  • Basic knowledge of auto parts and vehicle components is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy parts (up to 50 lbs.)
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Must have basic computer skills
  • Ability to write clearly legibly
