Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage Oracle IT project from start to finish
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate resources and teams to ensure project success
- Lead/Manage Client Meetings, Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle Database, WebLogic, APEX, MS Access, SQL, SharePoint or other tools
- Strong knowledge of IT project management methodologies and best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, Goal-oriented, and Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
