NEXTAFF is seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented, self-starter with effective communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruit: Identify potential candidates through active sourcing.
  • Market: Scout school crossing guards to fulfill staffing needs.
  • Follow-up: Maintain candidate communications and gather information.
  • Database: Process forms and manage activity using our staffing needs.
  • Office Management: Support day-to-day operations.
Job Type: Full-time
 
Salary: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
