Job Posting: ERP Instructional Designer (B)

We are seeking an experienced ERP Instructional Designer (B) to support a 13-week engagement with the opportunity to make a significant impact on end-user education. This role requires a background in finance and/or supply chain operations and a passion for designing and delivering effective training solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deliver training content and documentation for ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand workflows and translate them into clear instructional materials.
  • Create workflow diagrams, testing protocols, and end-user support tools.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and presentations for adult learners.
  • Continuously assess and improve training effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (or Associate’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years of related instructional design or training experience
  • Strong understanding of finance and/or supply chain workflows and operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking
  • Proficiency with computer-based tools for documentation, testing, and design
  • Proven ability to create clear, concise, and user-friendly training materials
  • Demonstrated success in delivering professional services requiring advanced knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in adult learning, curriculum design, and training delivery
  • Prior experience training or implementing ERP, EHR, or other enterprise systems
  • Workday experience strongly preferred

Location: Remote (Equipment Provided) Greensboro, NC
Start Date: July 21, 2025
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week
Compensation: $2,006/week ($760 taxable + $1,246 non-taxable stipend)
