Nextaff is hiring Medical Office Specialists! We have numerous medical administrative positions currently available in the Bradenton & Lakewood Ranch area with one of the top medical practices in the area! These are full-time, contract-to-hire positions with a Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule (no weekends!). You will be responsible for key duties in the practice including reception, registration and check-in of patients, scheduling appointments, collecting co-pays, processing patient billing, entering data into EMR system and more...in other words, you will help to make sure the trains run on time!

What We Need From You...
- You have completed a medical office assistant program and/or have at least 6 months of Medical Office Specialist (admin) experience
- You can use MS Office, have experience with EMR systems and are a guru in medical office procedures and medical terminology
- You are friendly, reliable, laser-focused on details and have lots of stories about providing great customer and patient experiences
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent; pre-employment background and drug screening required
