BOTTLING & PACKAGING SALES EXECUTIVE - WEST COAST Territory Sales of bottling equipment with focus on California with some key accounts excluded and some key accounts outside California included, assigned based on Company’s preference. 

Job Summary:
Responsible for new equipment sales for prospective and current wine and spirit industry-specific client base. 
Responsible for sales projects from lead generation until sales order generation. Required to maintain strong relationships with perspective and existing clients. 

Mission: 
To develop and maintain customer relationships and maintain strategic position in the market to get to know of all sales opportunities for new equipment. To always promote in a positive fashion products and in general. To cooperate with all the sales team and in general with all order to improve the Company’s standing and reputation. 

Reports to/supervision received President/CEO 

Essential duties/Responsibilities (but not limited to) 
• Submits annual sales plan to MBFNA President/CEO and assists in preparing annual sales budget. 
• Visits regularly key accounts and duly prepares timely reports of all the visits 
• Determines methods of maintaining customer relations and contact. 
• Plans, organizes, and develops strategy for each customer and the market as a whole. 
• Record sales and customer data in CRM database to track share and collaborate with colleagues. 
• Plans efficiently his visits in advance, shares the plan with the management and duly reports each visit timely and in a professional manner. 
• Prepares complete and sound RFQ to vendors, follows up Vendor Quotes, prepares and follows up Customer Quotes, evaluates costs and margins. 
• Negotiate Sales Orders, prepares Sales Sheets, specific Presentations 
• Participates to and help organizing trade shows, events, etc. 
• Travels regularly to Italy for training and FATs. 
• Learns the technical features of all the products proposed so that can give full technical presentations and act as a technical consultant to potential customers for machines configuration and layout solutions. 
• Spend 3-4 days per week in field with 1-2 days in Petaluma office when visiting nearer customers or one full week visiting and one week at the office. Some travels may require more than a week. 
• Plan travels responsibly researching reasonable fares using convenient carriers, hotel chains etc. and reports expenses in a timely manner. Minimum job requirements 
• Sales experience in industrial equipment 
• Developed network of contact with Wineries and Distilleries 
• Ability to perform technical presentations • Valid and Clean driver license 
• Effective communication skills 
• Self-motivated
 • Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word, power point) and outlook knowledge 
• Able to travel more than 50% of the time Skills and qualifications Experience. Several years of Sales experience in industrial equipment or similar role Skills. 

Proven record of successful deals closed; hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel; sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success; critical thinker and problem-solving skills; aptitude in delivering attractive presentations; team player; good time-management skills.
