Job Description

Job Duties:

Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment.

Fabricate new Production machinery and/or parts and rebuild existing machinery in the plant when

needed.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems throughout the company and

make repairs as needed.

Set up and install new machinery in the Factory.

Maintain a quality record of attendance/punctuality.

Responsible for basic building maintenance.

Process Improvement:

Attend and participate in daily whiteboard sessions, focusing on safety, quality, cost, delivery, and

Efficiently utilize resources, focusing on safety, cost savings and areas for improvement.

Be able to identify defects and hazards in the factory, office, or company grounds.

Participate in 5S events.


$30+ per hour
