Machine Operator
New Century, KS

 Are you seeking an organization that will be dedicated to your success, growth, and autonomy? Are you skilled with machine operation? If so, you may be a great fit for our client, a premiere manufacturer in New Century, KS.
 This is a full time role. The schedule is 6am - 2:30 pm M-F. Overtime is available if you wish you work it.

What You Will Receive:
•  $18/hour starting pay
•  Full comprehensive benefits package including PTO, Health, and 401k

What You Will Be Doing:
•  Monitoring and maintaining machinery
•       Setting up manufacturing equipment
•       Using support machine equipment to complete tasks
•  Logging product data

 You Will Need to:
•  Effectively communicate, including speaking, writing, actively listening, and taking instructions
•       Quickly troubleshoot and problem-solve
•       Follow blueprints and manuals
•       Have good mechanical skills, including comfort with using tools to set up and inspect products
•        Identify maintenance, product or operations issues
•       Be able to stand, sit or be in other physically demanding positions.
