Pay: $35 to 45 an hour

Guaranteed Hours, and amazing benefits! We are seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to become a part of our team! You will assist with the installation and repair of various HVAC machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for HVAC Installation of Residential split systems 

• Furnish tools, materials and supplies to other workers 

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment 

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and 5+ installations weekly 

• Track all equipment and supplies 

• Perform other duties as assigned 

• Complete Invoices, customer notes and reports as required using an IPad 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in the role 

• HVAC Certification Required 

• Valid driver's license 

• Ability to operate power and hand tools safely 

• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment 

• Ability to handle continuous physical workload 

• Ability to work well in teams and independently 

• Ability to prioritize and multitask 

• Basic computer skills
