RN & LPN Opportunities | Multiple Iowa Locations | Days, Evenings & Nights

Nextaff is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for multiple long-term care facilities throughout Iowa! We have several contract opportunities available with flexible shift options, consistent schedules, and immediate starts.

  • Day Shift
  • Evening Shift
  • Overnight Shift
  • Full-Time Opportunities
  • Every Other Weekend Schedules Available
  • Consistent Overnight Rotations
  • Potential Overtime at Select Locations

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality nursing care to residents.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
  • Monitor resident conditions and report changes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.

Qualifications

  • Current Iowa RN or LPN license (RN required for select openings).
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
  • Long-term care experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
