Interested in learning and earning in the field of Networks? If you have basic Network/ desktop troubleshooting experience and want to grow in the field of Network, we have a great opportunity for you. Our client is seeking a Help Desk Level 1 SMEs to join their team in the Richardson, Tx area. 
What you will receive:
  • Weekly pay every Friday
  • $12-$14/ Hour Start pay DOE
  • Benefit options available day 1
  • The ability to work in a professional, team atmosphere 
What you will be doing:
  • Install and troubleshoot desktops, TCP/IP network and wireless networks 
  • Assist customers in set up and configuration of technology products for network and surveillance systems.
  • Provide product support via telephony systems
What you will need to have:
  • Experience in Help Desk or Trouble-shooting PC and Networking issues 
  • A+ certification or ability to achieve within 90 days or MCP or HDI
  • Experience in Hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications 
  • Good interpersonal skills
