We'll expect the following; although not exhaustive:
· Oversee the pre-employment screening, onboarding and organizational orientation process of all new employees.
· Coordinate and administer wage and salary scale in accordance with organizational policy and procedure.
· Responsible for the assessment and maintenance of the performance improvement program, performance management initiatives and preparing and reporting to Quality committee monthly, quarterly and year end reports.
· Regularly attend department director meetings and assigned committee meetings and chairs meetings when appropriate.
· Communicates accurate information to staff, as appropriate.
· Assists with the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
· Communicates effectively with managers and administration.
· Processes payroll for the organization.
Do you posses:
· A degree in Human Resources or related field
· 2-4 years’ experience in a HR management role
· Benefits administration
· Full knowledge of state and federal HR Laws
· Excellent communication and leadership skills
· Excellent computer skills with Word, Excel and online systems
