Job Description

Position: Housekeeper 
Location: Varies (Anywhere between Long Beach, MS, and Pascagoula, MS) 

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. The position involves maintaining cleanliness and organization in various residential or commercial spaces. While this is an ongoing recruitment effort, please note that applying does not guarantee immediate placement as hiring will depend on business needs and scheduling. 

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting. 
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living or working spaces. 
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels and toiletries as needed. 
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. 
• Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damage. 
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning products and equipment responsibly. 
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail in all tasks. 
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure expectations are met. 
• Perform additional housekeeping duties as assigned. 

Qualifications: 
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required. 
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. 
• Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently. 
• Reliable transportation to travel between Long Beach and Pascagoula areas. 
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed. 
• Friendly and professional attitude with good communication skills. 

Compensation: 
• Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and will be based on experience and qualifications.
