Healthcare Linen Technician
Location: Pascagoula
Shift: Day 5:30am – 1:30pm
Pay: $12.00 hourly
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and push/pull a wheeled cart of 650 pounds
- Ability to count and record inventory of linen
- Must have excellent problem solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Computer and data entry skills
Responsibilities
- Operate the linen room functions and distributes clean linen throughout the facility as scheduled
- Delivers clean linen to different departments
- Picks up soiled carts and all floors
- Takes and fills orders form staff
- Ensures all exchange cares are delivered to floors
- Ensure all soiled linen have been picked up
- Consolidate carts as necessary
- Ensure the linen room is left neat and organized at end of sheet
- Cleans as necessary
