Job Description

Nextaff is on the hunt for an experienced Endoscopy Surgical Technician to work with our client in the Winter Haven-Davenport FL area! This is a Full Time, Contract-to-Hire position with a start date of ASAP! Our client is a fast growing, multi-location medical practice with locations across Florida.

Endoscopy Surgical Technician (Contract-to-Hire)
$22–$25/hr | Full-Time | Outpatient Endoscopy

Schedule
  • 3 days/week: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 2 days/week: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Full-time | Contract-to-hire
What You’ll Do
  • Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures (EGD, colonoscopy, sigmoidoscopy)
  • Prepare endoscopy rooms, equipment, and sterile instruments
  • Support patients before, during, and after procedures
  • Educate patients on prep and post-procedure care
  • Document procedures and assist with quality and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For
  • Endoscopy or Surgical Tech experience preferred
  • CST certification a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and patient-focused mindset
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced outpatient setting
