Job Description

Medical Surgical Float RN – Travel Contract

We are seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Float RN for a 13-week travel assignment at a 330-bed short-term acute care teaching hospital in Huntington, WV. This facility is a Level II Trauma Center and a member of the Council of Teaching Hospitals and Health Systems (COTH).
Location: Huntington, WV
Start Date: 08/11/2025
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights, 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Weekly Pay: $2,002 ($756 taxable, $1,246 non-taxable)
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of Med-Surg RN experience
  • Travel RN experience preferred
  • Cerner charting experience is a plus
  • Must be comfortable floating between Med-Surg units as needed
