We are now hiring a General Warehouse Associate for our client located in Wilsonville, OR. This is a daily labor/production-based position, 100% within a warehouse setting. The ideal candidate will work both indoors and outdoors, performing essential tasks in varying environments to support warehouse operations. What you will receive as a General Warehouse Associate:

  • Starting Pay: $23.00/hr. 
  • Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Overtime available on Saturdays as needed)
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Available
  • Temp/Contract-to-Hire
  • Located in Wilsonville, Oregon
  • Paid weekly (every Friday)
What you will be doing as a General Warehouse Associate:
 
  • Walk/stand up to 8 hours per day in a climate-controlled facility.
  • Lift and move items up to 75 lbs. repeatedly throughout the workday.
  • Safely operate a forklift (sit-down forklift preferred), ensuring safe and efficient transport of materials.
  • Use RF scanners/Zebra scanners to track inventory and process shipments.
  • Use basic computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and other inventory management software, to support warehouse operations.
  • Input and update inventory data, track shipments, and maintain records accurately.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving, loading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to processing;
  • Responsible for quality service by following organization standards;
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What you need to have as a General Warehouse Associate:

  • Must have at least 1 year warehouse experience 
  • Must have at least 1 year of forklift experience (sit down preferred)
  • Prior experience with RF scanners or Zebra scanners – Highly Preferred
  • Previous experience in the Household Goods (HHG) or moving industry – Highly Preferred
  • Basic computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods (up to 8 hours per day).
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 75 lbs regularly throughout the workday
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced, stressful work environment
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and efficiency
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to pass a drug screen (including THC) and a background screen
