Position: Field Service Technician / Handyman
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Field Service Technician/Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience within the trades, with basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing. This opportunity comes with high earning potential. Key Responsibilities:
Complete a wide range of handyman and field service tasks, including light electrical and plumbing work.
Evaluate project needs and deliver accurate, transparent estimates to customers.
Build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication.
Use an iPad to log jobs, manage workflow, and submit bids.
Compensation:
Annual earning potential: $55,000 to $75,000
Schedule & Work Environment:
Monday through Friday
One required Saturday per month
Bi-weekly in-office meetings
Qualifications:
15+ years of proven experience across multiple trades (including basic electrical and plumbing).
Comfortable using an iPad or similar technology for job tracking and bid management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable with consultative sales approaches—no aggressive tactics.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must own your own tools for daily tasks.
Capable of independently lifting up to 50 pounds and performing tasks at elevated heights or overhead.
Must be insurable to drive a company vehicle and pass a background check.
