Job Title: Facility Soccer Manager Assistant – Soccer Facility
 

Job Type: Part-Time/
 
Job Summary:
The Hattrick is seeking a reliable and proactive Operations Assistant to support the Facility Manager in the daily operations of our soccer facility. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers by assisting with facility opening/closing, customer check-in, equipment maintenance, and game-day coordination.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 Assist with opening and closing the facility, ensuring all procedures are followed.
 Register and check in customers, providing excellent customer service.
 Perform routine equipment maintenance and ensure all gear is in good condition.
 Coordinate with referees for games and assist in scheduling as needed.
 Support the Facility Manager with general operations, facility upkeep, and event management.
 Address customer inquiries and provide assistance during games and events.
 Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for players and guests.
 
Qualifications & Skills:
 Previous experience in sports facility operations, customer service, or event coordination is a plus.
 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. 
 Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
 Comfortable handling light physical tasks, such as setting up equipment.
 Passion for soccer and knowledge of the sport is preferred.
