Job Title: Facility Soccer Manager Assistant – Soccer Facility

Job Summary:
The Hattrick is seeking a reliable and proactive Operations Assistant to support the Facility Manager in the daily operations of our soccer facility. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers by assisting with facility opening/closing, customer check-in, equipment maintenance, and game-day coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with opening and closing the facility, ensuring all procedures are followed.
• Register and check in customers, providing excellent customer service.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and ensure all gear is in good condition.
• Coordinate with referees for games and assist in scheduling as needed.
• Support the Facility Manager with general operations, facility upkeep, and event management.
• Address customer inquiries and provide assistance during games and events.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for players and guests.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Previous experience in sports facility operations, customer service, or event coordination is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Comfortable handling light physical tasks, such as setting up equipment.
• Passion for soccer and knowledge of the sport is preferred.
