Job Description

Nextaff is seeking an experienced Vascular and Echocardiogram Technologist for a position with our client in Bradenton, FL, who is part of the largest physicians' group in the area. This full-time, contract-to-hire position will allow you the chance to join a growing and dynamic cardiac practice with significant growth opportunities.

What's In It For You: 
 
  • Up to $52 per hour (dependent upon experience & certifications)
  • Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (no nights or weekends!)
  • Full benefits available upon permanent hire with client, including health/dental/vision, PTO, retirement plan, tuition reimbursement, etc. (as well as health benefits available while on contract-to-hire assignment)
  • Start ASAP

What We Need From You:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Vascular AND Echo Cardiogram Technologist providing procedures in a medical office or other healthcare setting
  • Graduation from an accredited cardiovascular technology program
  • Ability to recognize basic and lethal EKG arrhythmias, knowledge of echo and vascular equipment and medical terminology
  • Professional certification and current registry with ARDMS and CCI for both echo and vascular required: must have both or be willing and able to sit for test and obtain certification within 6 months of hire  
  • BLS certification through the AHA (American Heart Association) or affiliated provider
  • Background screening and educational verification required
  • Ability and desire to commute to downtown Bradenton, FL area


This is a contract-to-hire position with a successful cardiology practice that has multiple locations and will provide the opportunity for the successful candidate to join their team on a full-time permanent basis with excellent benefits (includes health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, etc.).
