 Dual Modality CT/DX

Location: Monroe, NC
Rate: $32.45 to 40.58 hourly
Shift: Nights-Monday through Thursday 9pm-9am or Monday through Thursday 8pm-8am (36 hrs a week)
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dual Modality CT/DX professional to join our team at a leading healthcare facility. This role is essential in providing high-quality imaging services, ensuring accurate diagnostic evaluations for patients. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in both CT and diagnostic radiology, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, particularly within a Level I or Level II Trauma Center.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-quality CT scans and diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations.
  • Maintain equipment functionality through regular inspections and troubleshooting.
  • Assist in mammography, PET scans, nuclear medicine, and sonography as needed.
  • Ensure accurate patient positioning and comfort during imaging procedures.
  • Document all imaging results and maintain meticulous records for patient files.
  • Stay updated on advancements in imaging technology and techniques to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Certification in Radiologic Technology with specialized training in CT imaging.
  • Proven experience working in a Level I or Level II Trauma Center is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and diagnostic radiology principles.
  • Familiarity with mammography, PET scans, nuclear medicine, and sonography is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and medical staff.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in healthcare.
Supplemental Pay:
  • Bonuses up to $15k sign on bonus + $5k relocation. $8.00 Weekend program differential of $8.00 per hour for hours worked in the weekend program time period.
