Job Title: Warehouse Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: $15.00/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
 
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused Warehouse Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role serves as a key liaison between our warehouse operations and our clients, ensuring that all communication regarding merchandise arrival, discrepancies, and invoicing is handled promptly and professionally.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication:
    • Notify clients when their merchandise arrives at the warehouse.
    • Provide timely updates regarding the status of shipments.
    • Follow up with clients to resolve any concerns or outstanding matters related to their orders.
  • Invoicing & Quoting:
    • Ensure all billing is accurate and in line with client expectations and inventory received.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of all communication with clients regarding their inventory.
    • Report any inconsistencies, damages, or inventory issues to warehouse management.
  • Warehouse Coordination:
    • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure that client orders are processed correctly.
    • Assist in checking merchandise against packing lists or invoices to verify accuracy.
    • Ensure all client-specific requirements are communicated to the warehouse floor when handling items.
Additional Warehouse Support Duties (General Overview):
  • Verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Organizing merchandise for client pickups or deliveries.
  • Assisting in inventory tracking and management.
  • Supporting shipping and receiving activities as needed.
 
Qualifications:
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (bilingual is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing, quoting, and order management systems.
  • Comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
