Dental Assistant

Position Summary We are seeking a Per Diem Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. This role supports the delivery of high-quality patient care in a collaborative, team-based environment. The position offers flexibility and opportunities to learn and grow while contributing to smooth office operations. Responsibilities • Prepare treatment rooms and assist patients with comfort and care • Support dentists during procedures (instrument sterilization, suctioning, passing instruments) • Mix and place dental materials, assist with radiographs, and maintain patient records • Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care • Uphold infection-control and safety protocols • Contribute to team success and office efficiency Qualifications • Strong communication and customer service skills • CPR certification required • 6 months of dental assistant experience • completion of an accredited dental assistant program Benefits • Flexible per diem schedule • Professional growth opportunities • Supportive, patient-focused environment
