Looking to kick-start your career in administration and systems management? We’re hiring a Data Administration Associate to support our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. This is an entry-level role with hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear growth path into positions like CRM Administrator, Business Analyst, or Data Manager.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Provide first-level support for CRM users (troubleshooting, user setup, process documentation).
• Create reports and dashboards that help teams make smarter decisions.
• Assist with data migration, integrations, and process improvement projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Business, IT, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel required; Power BI/SQL a plus).
• A self-starter eager to learn, grow, and move up in CRM and data administration.
