We are looking for a Temporary Customer Voice Associate who excels in business to business customer service. We are in need of an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues via phone, email and live chat and then offer unique and innovative solutions to each problem. A successful candidate will have 1 year of strong B2B customer service experience and advanced technical skills.

The Customer Voice Associate pays $15/hr and will work Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm in Morrisville.

Customer Voice Associate Responsibilities
  • Identify and report bugs to QA team as necessary
  • Build rapport within company and contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Provide detailed notes to peers and/or manager when escalation of a customer ticket or call is necessary
