We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time bilingual (Spanish-English) customer service position. Our Customer Relationships Representative is a Problem Solver with a focus on long terms relationships (retention). A CRR is an expert when it comes to explaining billing, processing endorsements, following up with clients as needed, as well as reviewing coverage and finding cross-selling opportunities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer incoming calls
Explaining billing
Maintain our client relationships with follow up phone calls
Customer service and billing
Initializing claim process
Reviewing customer portfolios explaining coverages, features and offering alternatives
Assisting with annual reviews of customer portfolios
Cross-selling current client book of business
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bilingual (English/Spanish)

A great self-starter
Basic computer skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and various windows application
Obtain a Insurance License during 90 days,
