Contract Administrator
Position Location:
Calvert, AL
Job description & duties:
- Oversee the creation, negotiation, signing, and upholding of contracts
- Track and update agreements with vendors
- Create customized clauses that address unique business conditions or projects
- Prepare the contract to ensure it meets AM/NS Calvert and the vendor’s requirements and present it in a straightforward language so each party understands the document fully
- Ensure all agreements comply with relevant regulations and industry standards
- Make adjustments based on AM/NS Calvert’s budget or other limitations that might affect the size or scope of the agreement
Experience needs:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Masters Degree with certification in contract management preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills
- 10 ears of experience required
- 20 years of experience preferred
Pay range:
$40-70 per hour depending on experience
Work Schedule/Hours Needed:
Monday through Friday, 50 hours per week, 40 regular hours and 10 OT hours
Contract Length:
12 months
