What you will receive as a CNC Operator:
- Pay: Starting at $19.00 - $22.00/hr (Depending on experience)
- SWING Shift: Monday to Thursday - 3:30pm to 2am (10hrs/4days)

- Pay weekly (every Friday)
What you will be doing as a CNC Operator:
- Loads parts onto correct fixtures
- Loads the fixtures onto 4th Axis CNC Machines
- Operates semi-automatic or automatic numerically controlled machine tools to perform standard and repetitive sequences of operations
- Operates more than one unit simultaneously, when needed or instructed
- Reads prints and checks part specifications by using calipers to ensure accuracy
- Consults with machine shop supervisor for first article inspection for quality assurance purposes; and inspects workpieces throughout the production run for out-of-tolerance machining
- Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
- Processes hand tool touch-ups on parts run such as deburring, sanding, chamfering, etc., when needed or instructed
- Completes production and quality logs daily
- Assembles machined parts to identify and guarantee function
- Effectively uses calipers to measure parts
- Performs secondary operations as instructed to prepare machined parts for downstream processing
- Uses hand deburring tools to prep parts for next operation
- Maintains workstation in a safe and clean manner
What you need to have as a CNC Operator:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Current experience with CNC Operation, atleast 1 year
- Vocational training preferred
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
- Visual acuity requirements include depth perception and field of vision for the purposes of effectively performing activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes
- Ability to effectively and safely use small hand and measuring tools such as calipers, deburring tools, and hand files
- Ability to use hand-deburring tools to prep parts for the next operation
- General understanding of the concepts of supply management, tooling, inventory control
- Must understand the scheduling process for shifts and machines.

- Willingness and ability to participate in process improvement
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods in front of production equipment
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to stand and/or move around while performing job duties
- Must be able to bend or reach when performing job duties
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Passing a Drug test (THC included) and Background check
