Business Development Manager – Irving, TX

You will serve as the primary business development and marketing strategist responsible for creating, launching, and implementing initiatives for the Healthcare sector. This position reports to a Managing Director. 
This position directly supervises Recruitment Specialist(s). 

What We Expect:
The following solid business development activities… 
  • Supervise and mentor Recruitment Specialist(s) 
  • Build strategic plans to drive business development and marketing goals 
  • Maintain strong responsive relationships with Support leaders to gain direct strategies for growth and development 
  • Ensure marketing plans integrate with and support firmwide tactics
  • B2B marketing, appointment setting, and client site visits 
  • Working with Recruiters to fulfill client needs appropriately
  • Working closely with the Owners to achieve sales goals and strategies
  • Recording activity in the CRM and reporting weekly progress
  • B2B sales experience (strongly preferred)
  • Management/Supervisor experience 
  • The hunger for growth and healthy competition

  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Ability to safeguard confidential information
