Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team while also managing key administrative tasks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes and overall office management.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Sales Coordination:
 
Assist the sales team in preparing and processing quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Track sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including sales pipeline, order status, and customer feedback.
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, reports, and other documentation as required.
Serve as the point of contact for customers regarding order status, product availability, and other inquiries.
Administrative Duties:
 
Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain and order office supplies, ensuring that the office is well-stocked and organized.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
Qualifications:
 
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in an industrial sales coordination or administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

M-TH: 8-5, F: 8-2
