Administrative Assistant – Accounting Firm
Team-Oriented Environment | Full-Time | Growth Opportunity
Location: Onsite – Ocean Springs, MS
Pay: $14+/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do
As the Administrative Assistant, you’ll be essential to keeping operations organized and running smoothly. You’ll support accountants and leadership while also serving as a professional and welcoming point of contact with clients.
  • Greet clients and answer incoming calls
  • Schedule appointments and manage staff calendars
  • Handle data entry, document preparation, and filing
  • Collect and organize client paperwork
  • Maintain client records and files in line with firm procedures
  • Assist with document processing during tax season
  • Perform basic bookkeeping and support accounting staff as needed
  • Manage office supplies and organization
  • Work independently and manage daily priorities with minimal supervision
What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ year of administrative support experience (professional office preferred)
  • QuickBooks knowledge is required and will be assessed
  • Basic accounting experience is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Comfortable working independently in a quiet office setting
